NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
Return/Exchange request that are raised within 24 hour. Of receiving the product. After 24 Hour would not be accepted.
Once your Return/ Exchange request approved Customer should be send items to our address. Exchange or Return Charge Paid by Customer Only.
Products bought during sale are non-refundable
Domestic Orders:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation within 12 hour of placing order via our Email.
Return / Refund Policy
- We do not have any return policy, which means you can't return the item once you receive unless it's defect.
- We give a one-time exchange within 24 Hour of Delivered Product. Or Refund of Product amount only (not Shipping Charge) through credit note.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received the product back at our office.
- While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.
- Customer have to courier us of return order (In case of damage Or Want Exchange) once we received courier then we will assist you if you want exchange or refund.
- If order had been cancelled by us then only Refund will be procedure within 7 days by same payment method.

Exchange Policy:
- Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, and size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
- Womline fashion gives no question asked 1 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange with any product available on the website with a high or low amount.
- In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD not available for the exchange request.
- Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s Womline Fashion account as a store credit.
- For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 24 hour of delivery at Womlinefashion@gmail.com. Womline fashion will not accept the request after 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of an exchange, customers have to mail Womlinefashion@gmail.com.One we Received Your Courier we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
- Customer would send Exchange product to our address.
- We will ask you to send the real image of the received product for checking the product.
- You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
- Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
International Orders:
- We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at womlinefashion@gmail.comfor any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided
- In case you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at womlinefashion@gmail.comwith your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
