Return & Exchange Policy

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 24 hour. Of receiving the product would not be accepted.
Once your Return/ Exchange request approved Customer should be send items to our address.
Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
Products bought during sale are non-refundable

Domestic Orders:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation within 12 hour of placing order via our Email.

Return Policy

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please Mail us at womlinefashion@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Raise your return request within 24 Hour of receiving the shipment through our Email Address.
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at womlinefashion@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
We do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund ,you would have to bear the 180 Rs. reverse shipping charges

Exchange Policy:

Raise an exchange request within 24 hour. of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request through our Email address. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
Customer would send Exchange product to our address.
Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order * Shipping Address : 226, Green Plaza Nr D-mart, Goldan Chowk, Mota Varachha Surat- 394107 India
Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 24 hour. of receiving the shipment. In case of exceptional cases please write to us at womlinefashion@gmail.com
You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.

Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would not to be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.

Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 300 INR.

International Orders:

We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at womlinefashion@gmail.com for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact

Where All Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all and any postal address around the India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Our courier agents are DTDC / AICS / Delhivery / Indiapost / FEDEX / UPS. etc.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5 day work culture. Sometimes we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Import Duty Charge

You are transacting with an Indian store. International orders may be subject to import duties. Please check your national government policies to calculate the final payable amount. Our customers mostly enjoy the shipments without import duty being charged. But If any import duty is applicable in your Shipment, Customer will be paid Import Duty not Womline fashion. If Customer not paid import duty then shipment will be return to us and Womline fashion return only items charges not shipping charge.

Transit Times

Transit Risk

WOMLINE ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But WOMLINE Fashion will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or, by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please report us within 24 hours, if you find any gap with respect to the parcel delivery.

Please do ensure to keep a track on the order delivered email triggered from our side once the item is delivered. The email gets triggered as soon as we have the update from our courier partners. In case, you have not received the product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please do track the shipment once at your end or, do touch base with us in case the tracking details lacks any clarity.

For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 48 hours of the delivery or, post 48 hours of receiving the order delivered mail from our side.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Womline. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Packing Method

We ensure excellent and secure packaging of all the products shipped by us, so that you get your garments/ purchases in perfect condition. However, if you ever receive your parcel in a tampered condition, we request you to first take a few clear pictures of the tampered package, before opening it further. Please mail these images to womlinefashion@gmail.com at the earliest, mentioning order details. We will try our best to resolve the issue, if possible.

Time to Ship

We Try Our Best to deliver order at Doorstep In average 5 TO 7 Days from Placing the Order with Us, In case of stitch item 2 to 3 days extra time required.

These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it.

And in case there is a delay in Shipping?

The "Availability" as mentioned on our website against each item is an approximate count of days it would take to dispatch the order from our warehouse.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is 'Out of Stock' or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. We may also choose to deliver your order in multiple consignments (for multiple item orders with differing "Availability"). In some cases, we would offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.

At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.

What happens if my order is lost in transit ?
